After School/ Summer Camp

Hope For The Future CDC understands the importance of continuing academics throughout the year so the youth can maintain grade levels. Research has indicated that most students lose two months of reading and 2 ½ month of math over the summer. Hope For The Future CDC provides an afterschool and summer camp program to increase reading and math skills while providing a structured, fun activity for cognitive development. The Afte-School hours are from 2:30pm-5:30pm, and the Summer Camp hours are from 9:00 am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. We offer the following but are not limited to:

Stem & Coding

  • We focus on coding and stem for 6-12 graders. The Stem Program provides youth in developing a stronger foundation in math and science. It builds confidence in their abilities; it taps into their creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
