Senior & Adult Service provides activities and educational opportunities that increase family strengthening. Research has indicated that seniors that have socialization, physical activities, and brain stimulation decreases depression. We offer the following but are not limited to:

We teach the fundamentals of computer operating and understand the safety measures. We offer hands-on training on Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.

Workshops

We provide workshops to adults and seniors to educate and provide awareness. Our workshops include the following but are not limited to Health & Wellness (preventive services and screenings), Suicide prevention (signs and symptoms), Effective Communication, and Anger Management (conflict resolutions).
